Ishwor Pokharel Meets KP Oli In New-Delhi

CPN-UML General Secretary Ishwor Pokharel reached New-Delhi, India on Tuesday night to take notes on health condition of ailing Parliamentary Party leader KP Oli .

” I am here to take notes on Oli’s health, he is likely to leave for Nepal next week,” Pokharel said after meeting Oli at the latter’s rented apartment at Sultanpur. Pokharel had reached Delhi with former home secretary Govinda Kusum last night. He arrived here in the Capital Wednesday morning.

Meanwhile, party Vice Chairman Bam Dev Gautam, senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal, Khagraj Adhikari, among others, have already met Oli in Delhi. Oli has been receiving treatment in the Indian Capital since four weeks. He was being treated at Saket-based Max Hospital.

The UML leader had undergone a successful prostrate surgery at the Max Hospital on March 12 after tests confirmed that a thin mass of tissue had grown under his urinary tract.

Oli had undergone a kidney transplant surgery six years ago at the Apollo Hospital. His health condition saw further complications in the recent times as the leader could not manage time for regular health check up.
